OTR Group is seeking a Payments Solution Analyst to support end to end payments solution delivery across all areas of payments i.e. payments processing, payments acceptance, merchant acquiring, payments integration, tokenisation, asset management, configuration management, and compliance ensuring alignment to organizational payments strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, software development lifecycle, software testing, deployment, and service delivery and a proven track record of driving customer outcomes through effective product management, problem solving and technical experience.

Your contributions

  • Payments Solution Delivery and Program Management: Support the full lifecycle of payment solutions, from idea to delivery, ensuring people, processes, and technology are ready. Solutions should be secure, scalable, and sustainable.
  • Governance: Help manage communications and meetings with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communications Management: Assist in creating and delivering updates to stakeholders for both projects and ongoing activities, highlighting team achievements and supporting delivery.
  • Incident and Risk Management: Help resolve incidents and escalations quickly, keeping clients and internal teams informed.
  • Change Management: Manage changes within Payments, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes, and that all changes follow the proper lifecycle.
  • Problem Management: Oversee problem tracking and perform deep dives when needed to help resolve recurring issues.
  • Major Incident Response: Respond promptly to major incidents, manage crisis communications effectively, and participate in a rotating on-call roster.
  • Customer Support: Handle customer requests, escalations, and high-priority incidents promptly.
  • Business and Technology Link: Act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions.

What we are looking for

  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong skills in developing and updating process documentation.
  • Experience working in complex enterprise IT service delivery environments.
  • Proven ability to manage and collaborate with third-party service providers.
  • Pragmatic, flexible, and skilled in negotiating with diverse teams.
  • Experience with Dynamics MPOS functional areas, ideally across ERP, Modern POS, Retail, and Finance.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for customer needs.
  • Knowledge of ITSM tool including automation/orchestration
