We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Domain Architect to play a pivotal role in our team!

In this role, you'll will be responsible for defining and overseeing the architecture of retail in-store technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and improving operational efficiency.

Your contributions

• Design and manage retail store systems, including POS, mobile apps, and IoT devices, ensuring seamless integration with head office systems.
• Ensure hardware and software solutions work together efficiently.
• Align technology with business goals, scalability, and growth plans.
• Assess and recommend new technologies for retail stores.
• Guide development teams to follow architectural best practices.
• Review and improve system architecture.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, data privacy, and cybersecurity.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience as a solution architect with a focus on corporate systems including CRM/ERP.
• Experience working in complex enterprise IT service delivery environments.
• Experience leading and driving the architectural design for IT Infrastructure is advantageous.
• A pragmatic, flexible approach with strong negotiation skills to work across diverse teams.
• Knowledge and experience with Dynamics MPOS functional areas, ideally including ERP, Modern POS, Retail, and Finance.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advocate effectively on behalf of customers.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools, including automation and orchestration (desirable).
