Responsibilities

We’re on the hunt for dynamic, high-performing Area Manager to lead multiple Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) locations across our growing network. In this critical leadership role, you’ll empower store teams, raise the bar on operations, and deliver strong commercial outcomes — all while creating environments where people love to work and guests choose to return.

You will provide:

• Lead and coach a group of Store Managers across multiple QSR sites, ensuring consistent operational excellence.
• Drive business performance across people, sales, profit and compliance.
• Conduct regular Quality Store Visits (QSVs) and implement development plans to continuously lift standards.
• Champion team culture, engagement, and performance through training, coaching, and clear expectations.
• Create unforgettable guest experiences by ensuring guests return repeatedly through expectational service.

About You

• Demonstrated success in multi-site leadership within QSR, hospitality, or retail.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience using data to drive improvement.
• Ability to lead with clarity, consistency, and care - you set the tone for high standards.
• Spirit, energy, and agility — you love solving problems and driving outcomes.
• A growth mindset - always looking for ways to lift capability, performance, and results.
