IT Delivery Coordinator - Payments

We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Coordinator to manage the delivery of payments solution while ensuring accountability and timely implementation.  The role is responsible on coordinating projects, changes, and releases whilst forming a vision of successful delivery within time and budget by keeping everyone on track.

Additionally, this role will support the delivery of essential operational functions such as reporting, scheduling, escalation, tracking, and communication within the team. A strong focus on delivering professional services and a commitment to providing exemplary support to both the team and the business are fundamental to success in this position.

 Your contributions

• Work closely with Payments Team to manage delivery of payments solution while ensuring accountability and timely implementation
• Support the management of communications and forums with key internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with the delivery of communications for both internal and external stakeholders for projects and BAU activities undertaken by the team, to both showcase the work undertaken and support delivery
• Manage payments incident catalogue, post incident action items and ensure timely publishing of post incident report
• Ensure all payments related changes follow the Change Management Process, coordinates all aspect of changes from planning and implementation to communication and adoption
• Manage all problems identified within payments; follows up resolution and updates for each problem and ensure accountability
• Address and resolve any customer requests, escalations, or high priority incidents
• Work as a conduit for the business to help translate business challenges into technical solutions

What we are looking for

• At least 1 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in complex enterprise IT Service Delivery environments
• Experience in dealing with third party-provided services
• You will need to be pragmatic, flexible and able to negotiate with a variety of teams
• Experience with Dynamics MPOS functional areas, ideally across ERP, Modern POS, Retail, and Finance
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for customer needs.
• Knowledge of ITSM tool including automation/orchestration
