About the role

As a 24/7 retailer, it’s important that OTR stores have fantastic leadership and support overnight. The After-Hours Partner role fulfils this requirement by providing out of hours support and store supervision, working in close partnership with Area and Operations Managers as well as critical support functions across OTR. This role plays a key part in providing the best possible experience for our Guests in OTR and represents an important part of the OTR career path.

Your contributions

• Work on a rotating roster to provide afterhours support in stores
• Visit stores following an agreed visit plan, coaching teams, and identifying areas for improvement
• Identify network wide lighting issues and report in a consolidated manner for resolution
• Ensure door lock policies, cash handling and general safety issues are complying
• Identify and escalate people and process improvements to better support night teams
• Report on progress against priorities and relevant KPI's

What we are looking for

• Must have at least one years’ experience in Convenience and be able to work autonomously
• Must have at least two years’ experience in retail leading teams
• Leadership experience and the desire to drive their career
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Police clearance
