Key Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, complete Quality Store Visits (QSVs), and implement development plans.
• Achieve sales, cost, and engagement targets while driving continuous improvement.
• Lead training, compliance, and career development for managers and team members.
• Monitor customer feedback, resolve issues, and enhance guest experiences.
