About the Role
As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be passionate, share our values, and will make a lasting impression on all our guests from the moment they walk in till the moment they leave. You will have great customer service experience in the retail or hospitality sector. As a 24/7 business, flexibility across the working week is highly desirable. You will be the face of OTR and responsible for offering outstanding customer service to our guests by way of multiple food offers and the best coffee you have ever tasted.
As this is an overnight position, the successful candidate will be required to work anywhere between the hours of 10 pm to 8 am - and enjoy the daytime off!
About You
All applicants will be required to have a current National Police Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
