Your contributions
- Create and oversee a supply-demand dashboard to align IT with the organization's growth goals.
- Lead store opening and upgrade projects, ensuring high-quality builds and positive feedback from the business operations team.
- Deliver timely progress reports for assigned projects as needed.
- Proactively engage with store managers to address IT-related challenges and offer effective solutions.
- Monitor Warehouse and Field Tech team performance, offering feedback and mentoring when needed.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives for store build and ongoing support operations.

What we are looking for
- Tertiary qualifications in IT or equivalent industry experience.
- Knowledge of IT systems fundamentals necessary to meet business requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to effectively communicate and consult with internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of problem-solving skills and analytical ability.
- Having project management skills will be an advantage.
- Superior customer service skills and client management skills.
- A strong focus on quality coupled with high accuracy and detail orientation.
