In this key position, you’ll drive the recruitment process for our stores, identifying and securing top talent to support our growth.

Your contributions:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, building talent pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews, develop materials, and support hiring leaders with best practices.
• Conduct reference checks, verify credentials, and assess candidate backgrounds.
• Collaborate on recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.

What we are looking for:

• 2-5 years of high-volume recruitment experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in behavioural and technical interview techniques.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results.
