Your contributions

• Design and create comprehensive test cases for all new applications prior to deployment.
• Analyse and interpret application requirements and design documents to guide the creation of testing protocols.
• Validate alignment between user requirements and delivered solutions.
• Oversee resource allocation of test analysts across test cycles and projects to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Act as the Line Manager for the Test Analyst team, supporting performance management and professional growth.
• Execute various testing activities, analyse results, and identify errors for resolution.
• Conduct regression and load testing to ensure system reliability under different conditions.
• Verify system data integrity and performance against established key metrics.
• Manage defect tracking by identifying and reporting coding errors, working closely with developers to resolve issues.
• Prepare detailed test completion reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Actively engage with developers, contributing to the development process to enhance quality and delivery.
• Identify and implement improvements within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to optimize application outcomes.
• Develop and manage test automation strategies for predefined solutions to improve testing efficiency.

What we are looking for

• Over 5 years of experience in software testing, including at least 2 years in a Test Manager role.

• Proven track record in managing ERP and other IT software implementation projects, with preference to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

• Demonstrated expertise in developing comprehensive test strategies, schedules, and plans to support project objectives.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to unite diverse teams and foster collaboration.
• Strong proficiency in testing processes and test automation tools.
• Deep understanding of test methodologies, debugging techniques, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with agile development and testing methodologies.
• Adept at thriving in collaborative, fast-paced, and highly dynamic work environments.
