About the Role

As a Diner Chef in our busy Roadhouse, you will be responsible for managing the setting up and cooking of our diner range including breakfast, lunch and snack foods. This will also involve cleaning and maintaining the diner whilst not in use. You will oversee a small team of Diner Cooks and will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment and positive team culture.

Hours of Work

The Diner Chef roster cycle is Monday to Friday – 6am-2pm.

About You & Your Skills

• Previous chef/cooking experience
• Pride in maintaining a clean environment that exceeds food safety requirements
• You are comfortable working alone as well as within a team
• You’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
