Your contributions

  • Design and execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (in-app, push, SMS, email) using Braze to drive engagement and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Optimise onboarding flows and drive early activation, ensuring customers quickly experience the value of the OTR App.
  • Use segmentation and behavioural data to identify and target key customer cohorts with relevant offers and messaging.
  • Develop and test strategies to reduce churn and increase app retention, working closely with analytics and product teams.
  • Support app-exclusive promotions and loyalty initiatives to drive repeat visits and incremental spend.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, run A/B tests, and use insights to optimise journeys and maximise impact.

What we are looking for

  • 3–5+ years of experience in mobile lifecycle or CRM marketing, ideally in high-frequency retail, QSR, or app-first businesses.
  • Hands-on experience with Braze (or similar platforms) for building and automating customer journeys.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, retention metrics, and growth loops.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • A passion for creating frictionless, personalised customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
