Loss Prevention Manager – Inventory Compliance

As the Loss Prevention Manager – Inventory Compliance, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement inventory control procedures, monitor inventory levels, and conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.

Your contributions

• Builds positive relationships with store and SSO stakeholders.
• This is a field-based role with the incumbent expected to spend most of their time in store.
• Develop and run the Loss improvement program for the Top 25 loss stores per quarter with a focus on delivering improved performance, coaching, training, and upskilling store teams to ensure resolutions are in place.

• Be the subject matter expert for Operations, responsible for driving capability across the network, ensuring all routines are fit for purpose and being completed correctly.
• Work with Profit Protection Partners to resolve and further investigate identified issues in the network.
• Independently audit high shrink SKUs through the supply chain to ensure there is integrity with suppliers and store receival processes.
• Partner with category and finance to ensure waste targets are developed, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Address root causes of repeating issues to develop permanent ongoing solutions for deployment.
• If applicable identify Master Data issues impacting store availability and liaise with Category/Supply Chain to resolve.
• Collaborate across functions to drive our competitive advantage.
• Any other tasks as requested from time to time.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in inventory management, with a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
