The Role
We’re looking for a creative and passionate Marketer to join our Marketing Division, reporting to the Senior Occasions Marketing Manager. Based in Adelaide, you’ll help deliver marketing plans, campaigns and promotions that drive brand awareness, foot traffic and revenue across key retail occasions.
Responsibilities
As an integral part of the Marketing team, you’ll support the end-to-end development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns that bring our brand promise to life making life easy for our customers.
You will provide:
• Support across multiple retail occasions, projects and marketing initiatives
• Input into retail occasion strategies that enhance brand awareness and sales growth
• Collaboration with stakeholders to activate the annual marketing calendar
• Development of ATL campaign briefs, promotional briefs and content plans
• Coordination of promotional planning with the Customer Offer team
• Campaign budget management and purchase order processing
• Briefing and coordination of photography and packaging needs
• Creation of occasion-specific marketing plans based on customer insight and competitive positioning
• Management of integrated campaigns across internal, owned and paid channels
• Analysis of campaign data and continuous optimisation
• Collaboration with Digital Team, Operations and other business units to drive competitive advantage

About You
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, ideally within FMCG, Retail, QSR or Petrol & Convenience
• A track record of developing and executing customer-focused campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised with sound judgement, empathy and a bias for action
