About the role

In this role, your key responsibility will be to create and maintain customized solutions within the Finance and Operations modules of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. Your primary focus will be requirements to design and implement suitable solutions.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams from across the business, offering continuous support, essential technical guidance, and ensuring proficient utilization of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations tools to drive operational excellence.

Your key contributions 

• Develop and maintain customised solutions within the Finance and Operations modules of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) platform.
• Analyse finance and operations requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Design and implement software solutions in alignment with best practices and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot issues, conduct system testing and debug to address software defects and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate across teams to provide ongoing support and enhancements to the Dynamics (D365) environment, ensuring system reliability and efficiency.
• Engage with finance and operations teams to gather requirements, offer technical guidance, and optimise Dynamics 365 F&O utilisation.

How can you be successful in this role? 

• Proven track record in successfully developing,  configuring and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. \
• Experience with Supply Chain Management will be an advantage
• Proficiency in system configuration, including data migration, setup, and customisation.
• Experience with D365 Integration patterns and the MS Power platform will be an advantage.
• Strong grasp of financial and operational business processes, encompassing general accounting, procurement, budgeting, and project accounting. 
• High technical prowess in relevant programming languages and frameworks. 
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing project requirements, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, staying updated with industry trends, and embracing new technologies.
