We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic D365 Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, customizing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet our business requirements.

Your contributions

• Design, develop, and implement D365 applications and customisations.
• Configure and maintain D365 environments, ensuring optimal performance.
• Use specialised knowledge in D365 Fin Ops (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations) to shape solutions to achieve the desired outcomes through configuration and extension builds.
• Deliver solutions that help the business drive simplification end to end
• Guide and coach our teams in how we can improve business outcomes by leveraging or enhancing the greater capabilities of D365 Fin Ops.
• Produce quality outcomes and solutions - Apply governance principles in solution development.
• Solve operational problems and identify, analyse and address the root cause.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development and integration.
• Expertise in X++ code writing to implement customisations, ensuring best practice for quality and performance.
• Expertise in CRM customization, including workflows, plugins, and dashboards.
• Deep understanding of Finance & Operations modules including financials, supply chain, and commerce.
• Proven experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party applications and reporting platforms.
• Knowledge of customer-facing authentication mechanisms within Dynamics 365 and related applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Optional: Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or related fields are a plus.
