We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and professional Master Data Officer to join our Financial Control team. Reporting to the Master Data Manager, you will maintain our vendor master data records in the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365).

Your contributions
- Perform daily data entry for master data, new vendors, and updates to existing master/vendor information.
- Address and resolve daily issues related to master/vendor data, such as missing info or inconsistencies.
- Ensure that the data entry is aligned with established data governance policies.
- Communicate with submitters as needed for clarification or additional information.
- Conduct daily root cause analyses for any data quality issues identified.
- Verify and cross check master data and vendor information.
- Ensure that data across the organization adheres to established guidelines and naming conventions.
- Engage with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment with data governance principles.
- Address and resolve any immediate data governance issues or violations promptly.
- Engage in daily communication with requesters and relevant stakeholders to address ongoing concern.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to master data management and vendor management processes.
- Take part in a monthly team meeting to discuss challenges, successes, and improvement opportunities.
- Provide support to other team members who require assistance with daily tasks.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in a Master Data/Accounts/Office Support role in a large fast paced environment will be highly regarded.
- Highly detail orientated and process driven with a background in master/vendor data maintenance will be highly regarded.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally.
- Experience with a large ERP (preferably D365) system is advantageous.
- Demonstrated a willingness to learn and an ability to prioritise, multitask and work autonomously.
